These six roles span document quality, contracts, revenue operations, accounting, brand work and procurement. Ethos advertises an hourly amount for each role, plus flexible work of 5–20 hours a week on several listings. The weekly figure is a possible commitment in the listing, not booked work. Confirm your offered rate, paid activity and actual project schedule before accepting.

Those examples are illustrative ways to describe your own experience, not examples of assignments promised by Ethos. Choose a role where you can explain both the workflow and what would make an output wrong.
The six listings
Document, Deck & Spreadsheet QA Specialist
Five or more years reviewing business documents, spreadsheets or presentations. Focus on accuracy, formulas, formatting and consistency.
Contracts Attorney / Legal Diligence & Redlines
Four or more years as a transactional attorney or contracts manager, with commercial redlining, negotiation or diligence experience.
Revenue / GTM Operations Specialist
Five or more years in revenue operations or CRM ownership, including lead routing, data hygiene and funnel reporting.
Accountant / Finance Operations & Audit Support
Five or more years in accounting, finance operations or audit support, including close work, reconciliations and spreadsheet controls.
Brand / Creative Direction & Marketing Collateral
Five or more years in brand strategy or creative direction, with a portfolio of delivered campaigns, guidelines or presentations.
Procurement / Vendor Management Lead
Four or more years in procurement, sourcing or supplier management, including vendor selection, contracts and service expectations.
These roles call for existing experience
Prepare a concise CV that names the workflows you owned. For example, “maintained lead-routing rules and audited duplicate CRM records” is more informative for the revenue role than “experienced in sales”. For document QA, mention the kinds of deliverables you reviewed and the checks you performed. Use only work examples you are allowed to share.
The individual pages describe an application review and a possible short AI voice screen. Before opening the form, have a two-minute explanation of one relevant project ready: what the task was, what you checked, the error or trade-off you found, and how you decided the result was acceptable. These are preparation prompts, not disclosed interview questions.
What to establish before accepting
- Location: confirm that your country is eligible. Remote does not automatically mean worldwide access.
- Payment: check currency, whether onboarding is paid, what work is billable and how quality review affects payment.
- Availability: ask about the current task supply and any minimum or maximum commitment.
- Professional information: use examples you have permission to share; do not submit confidential client documents as evidence of experience.
