Using the finder

No account or email is required. Questionnaire answers are processed on your device and stay in page memory. We do not send the answers to a server. Refreshing or closing the page clears them.

Saving and installing

If you pause motion using the footer control, we remember that display preference locally on this device. Your operating system’s reduced-motion preference is also respected.

If you choose Save on this device, your generated plan, including its answer summary, is stored locally in this browser or app. It remains until you delete it on the Saved plan page or clear the app’s data. It is not synchronised between devices. Downloads and shares are copies you choose to create; a receiving app has its own privacy practices.

The web app saves public app files and a research snapshot for offline use. Private owner responses, review forms, submitted reviews and live API responses are not stored in the offline cache. Uninstalling or clearing browser data may remove your saved plan.

Reviews and ratings

Reviews use the shared NaughtyBear Labs community service. We store your display name, rating, experience category, comment, submission date and moderation status in private Vercel storage. Approved review fields appear publicly on both BeYourKind and the NaughtyBear Labs Side Hustles directory. Pending and rejected reviews are accessible to the owner for moderation.

To limit spam, the service stores a keyed representation of your connection’s IP address and daily submission counts, not the raw address in the review database. Old daily limits are removed on subsequent submissions. Vercel may process IP addresses, device and browser information and request logs to host and protect the service. Reviews remain while needed to operate the directory and resolve moderation issues.

Affiliate and referral links

Some links are affiliate or referral links. NaughtyBear Labs may receive a commission or reward if you follow one, register, make a purchase or meet a provider’s other conditions. Any benefit for you, any costs and qualifying requirements depend on the provider’s current terms. We label referral buttons and show a disclosure beside them.

Commercial arrangements do not change questionnaire matching or community ratings. Providers and their affiliate networks may use referral identifiers, cookies or similar technology after you visit their sites. Their own privacy and consent policies apply. You can review the provider’s terms before using a link.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure website visits, popular pages, referring websites, device and browser types, approximate country and clicks on referral links. Vercel provides aggregate statistics without analytics cookies or tracking people across different websites.

We also use Vercel Speed Insights to measure page loading speed, responsiveness and visual stability on real website visits. These performance measurements help us identify and improve slow pages. We remove URL query strings and fragments before sending performance events.

We remove query strings and fragments from page URLs before sending analytics events. Referral-click events contain the destination hostname and a path with referral identifiers removed. We do not send questionnaire answers, saved plans, review text, email addresses or account details as analytics properties. Analytics runs on the live website, including its installed web app, but not in native mobile builds or local previews.

Vercel processes request information to produce these statistics; its visitor identifier is discarded after 24 hours. Read Vercel's analytics privacy information. Our hosting provider also processes ordinary requests and operational logs.

Website advertising

The website includes Google AdSense code. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, personalise and measure advertising, depending on the advertising settings and your choices. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and manage advertising preferences through Google My Ad Center. The native mobile app does not include this web advertising code.

Age and eligibility

The finder generates work recommendations for adults. It does not verify age, identity, qualifications, employment permission or a platform’s current eligibility rules.

Email naughtybearlabs@gmail.com for privacy questions or to request review removal. Include the platform, display name and approximate submission date. Do not send identity documents unless a specific need has been explained.
