BeYourKind is a project by Damiano, the founder of NaughtyBear Labs. It helps people explore ways to earn that fit their skills, location and available time.
Hi, I’m Damiano.
BeYourKind helps with a common problem: a long list of jobs is only useful when you can work out which options fit your circumstances. A parent with short gaps in the day, an experienced specialist and someone applying for their first remote role need different starting points.

What you can do here
- Find your paths by answering questions about your goals, experience, schedule and resources. The finder suggests income ideas and practical first steps.
- Compare reviewed platforms, including the work they describe, entry requirements and available source notes.
- Browse work categories and dated role listings, with country and background requirements where the source provides them.
- Read the Journal for comparisons, application preparation and ways to evaluate a first income experiment.
How the research works
We use providers’ own websites, job descriptions and help centres for platform facts. Guides link to the sources behind payment rules, country eligibility and application requirements. Dates help you tell when a detail was checked.
A reviewed public page confirms the information available at that time. It does not mean we have personally worked for every provider, tested its payments or established that an opening will accept every reader. Where an important requirement is missing, we identify the gap rather than fill it with a guess.
Role listings are snapshots. An advertised rate, an open application and a paid assignment are different things. Check the provider’s current listing before committing time, especially where work authorization, qualifications or screening apply.
A site that keeps improving
Research leads are kept out of the public platform directory until their public information has been reviewed. Published guides can be updated when sources change, and readers can send corrections through Support.
Community reviews are separate from our research. They describe visitors’ own experiences, appear after moderation and are not treated as independently verified earnings. The community policy explains how those contributions are handled.
How BeYourKind is supported
The site is free to explore. Some application links are referral links, and NaughtyBear Labs may receive a reward when a provider’s conditions are met. Those arrangements do not change questionnaire matching or community ratings. Details are in our referral and privacy information.
